Our Story
Firehouse Property Works is owned and operated by Josh Beken, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and full-time firefighter serving Montgomery County. Josh started the business with a straightforward approach: show up, communicate clearly, do quality work, and treat every property with the same care he'd expect at his own home. What started with professional gutter services has grown to serve both homeowners and commercial properties, with stump grinding expanding the company's exterior property services.

We keep things simple: communicate clearly, show up when we say we will, do quality work, and leave the property better than we found it. Whether we're cleaning gutters, installing a gutter system, or grinding a stump, the goal is the same: make it easy for the customer and do the job right.
